1. YouTube Terms of Service

By using this API Client, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. The Google Privacy Policy also applies: http://www.google.com/policies/privacy.

2. What the service is

The Bendito Sueño Channel Manager is a private tool operated by PARLATUM LLC (the "Operator") to manage a single YouTube channel, Bendito Sueño (@benditosueno). It uploads videos and thumbnails produced by the Operator and reads that channel's own analytics. It is not offered, sold or licensed to the public.

3. Who may use it

Only the owner of the channel may authorize and use the API Client. Access is granted through Google's OAuth 2.0 consent screen and can be revoked at any time at https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions.

4. Content and compliance

All content uploaded through the API Client is original content produced by the Operator, with narration and illustrations generated by artificial intelligence and disclosed as such in each video's description. The Operator is responsible for complying with the YouTube Community Guidelines, the YouTube API Services Developer Policies and applicable law.

5. No warranty and changes

The API Client is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. The Operator may change or discontinue it, and may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version.
