← Bendito Sueño Channel Manager
Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 16, 2026
1. Who we are
PARLATUM LLC (the "Operator") runs the YouTube channel Bendito Sueño (@benditosueno) and a private software tool, the Bendito Sueño Channel Manager (the "API Client"). The API Client is used only by the owner of that channel.
2. YouTube API Services
This API Client uses YouTube API Services. By using it you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. The Google Privacy Policy applies to the data handled through those services: http://www.google.com/policies/privacy.
3. What information the API Client accesses
After the channel owner grants OAuth 2.0 access, the API Client accesses only the owner's own channel, with these permissions:
youtube.upload: to upload videos and thumbnails that the Operator has produced;youtube.readonly: to read the channel's details (title, handle, subscriber and video counts) and the metadata of its videos;yt-analytics.readonly: to read the channel's own analytics reports (views, watch time, click-through rate, audience retention, subscribers gained and lost).
It also reads public video information (titles, view counts, durations) returned by search, to study the niche. It does not collect, request or store any personal information about viewers, commenters or other users.
4. How the information is used, stored and shared
The information is used only to publish and improve the Operator's own channel. Analytics values are copied into a private Google Sheet owned by the Operator, and the OAuth refresh token is kept in a file on the Operator's own computer that only the Operator's user account can read. Authorized Data is not stored for more than 30 calendar days unless it is analytics or reporting data used for the purpose the owner consented to; it is refreshed or deleted within that period. We do not sell, rent, share or disclose this information to any third party, and the API Client does not allow third parties to serve content or advertisements.
5. Cookies, device storage and tracking
This website does not use cookies, advertising or analytics trackers, and the API Client does not store tracking data on any device.
6. Revoking access
The channel owner can revoke this API Client's access to their data at any time through the Google security settings page: https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions. After a revocation we delete the stored authorization and any Authorized Data within 30 calendar days (in practice, immediately).
7. Deletion requests
If you ask us to delete data obtained through YouTube API Services, we delete it as soon as possible and within 7 calendar days.
8. Contact
For questions or complaints about this policy or about the API Client, write to the Operator at plataformas@parlatum.us.
